The 2024 Kia Sorento is a preferred crossover SUV today thanks to its brilliant style, exciting powertrain options, and desired features. This year's Sorento continues to come with a three-row cabin and two engines. The entry-level engine for the 2024 Sorento continues to be a 191-horsepower, 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine. It mates with an eight-speed auto transmission and offers both front-wheel and all-wheel drive. The higher-level powertrain is a 281-horsepower, 2.5-liter turbo, four-cylinder system. It is connected to an eight-speed auto, dual-clutch transmission.
In 2024, the Sorento will benefit from impact-making exterior design changes. These include the debut of several new wheel designs and modernized looks for the taillights and grille. Overall, the 2024 Kia Sorento expresses confidence through its modern front-end design and deep, linear contouring on the sides. The new grille is wide and almost rectangular, but it hints at Kia's design language. The lower bumper is equally broad, and light air inlets flank it. The vertically mounted LED headlights are topped by an angled light bar that links to the grille.
