Duties:

  • Valid PA drivers license
  • No experience necessary

Sales or Automotive sales experience a plus.

BDC-Business Development Representative

Job Description:

 Ability to handle a start-to-finish sales/service process for 8 automotive dealerships.  We are looking for energetic and motivated people to join our growing team.

Job Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls following a script and schedule a sales or service appointment
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
  • Detail all customer comments and update new information from customer
  • Contact customers based on current offers/ads from dealerships
  • Be able to complete quotes, return email/voicemail and other administrative functions
  • Do follow up with existing customer for future sales
  • Make high volume calls daily
Job Requirements:
  • Be professional on the phone/stay positive and friendly
  • Be computer literate
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Must pay careful attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team fostered environment
  • PA drivers license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work alternate shifts/some Saturdays required
