- Approach and assist customers that enter the dealership/lot
- Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions

Job Description:
The Parts Counter-Person is responsible for assisting Mechanics and Service Advisors in purchasing needed parts and supplies. The Parts Counter-Person is responsible for achieving monthly sales and gross forecasts and for seeking out and soliciting parts business.
Job Duties:
- Use product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components to effectively assist customers
- Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking and shipping
- Assist in maintaining perpetual inventory
- Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of service counter, work area and stockroom
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an auto parts sales role
- Must have computer proficiency

CASHIER / RECEPTIONIST

RESPONSIBILITIES
Receptionist - answer and route incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate associates, assist dealership visitors, provide callers with requested information such as company address and directions, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Cashier - handle customer payments, issue receipts or change, balance cash receipts at shift end.
Greeter - greet customers as they are coming in for appointments
