Sales Professional

Job Duties:

  • Selling new and used cars
  • Approach and assist customers that enter the dealership/lot
  • Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions
  • Perform product presentation with customer and demonstrate features and benefits
  • Present offers to customers

Qualifications:

  • Professional personal appearance
  • Great communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Some computer skills
  • Valid PA drivers license
  • No experience necessary

Sales or Automotive sales experience a plus, but not necessary. Ask about the $12,000 bonus plan for seasoned sales professional.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers

Parts Counter-Person

Job Description:

The Parts Counter-Person is responsible for assisting Mechanics and Service Advisors in purchasing needed parts and supplies. The Parts Counter-Person is responsible for achieving monthly sales and gross forecasts and for seeking out and soliciting parts business. 

Job Duties:

  • Use product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components to effectively assist customers
  • Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking and shipping
  • Assist in maintaining perpetual inventory
  • Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of service counter, work area and stockroom

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an auto parts sales role
  • Must have computer proficiency
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

CASHIER / RECEPTIONIST
 
Century 3 KIA has a need for a full-time Cashier/Receptionist/Greeter. We are a fast paced auto dealership with a GREAT working environment! Join our family.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Receptionist - answer and route incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate associates, assist dealership visitors, provide callers with requested information such as company address and directions, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Cashier - handle customer payments, issue receipts or change, balance cash receipts at shift end.
Greeter - greet customers as they are coming in for appointments
